The Sentio employee survey measures the most important factors of significance for motivation, satisfaction and health. The concept covers tasks, both at an individual and organisational level, and is thoroughly tested considering validity and reliability.

The concept provides answers to three main questions:

What are the results for the business overall?

Are there any subgroups in the business that stand out?

What are the key drivers of employee motivation and satisfaction?

The Sentio concept for employee surveys is developed in collaboration with the department of Psychology at NTNU.

We offer comparison against a benchmark with results for Norway, which consists of about 1,000 employees in the private sector and 1,000 employees in the public sector.
